Install: emulator

The classic kit in an emulated A3000 or A4000/030, then the classic install steps.

Amiberry 8.3.0 or newer. Both configs work unedited on stock Amiberry 8.3.0.
Amiberry before 8.3.0: do not use. It boots, then silently corrupts data under paging.
WinUAE: 6.1.0 beta 16 or newer (public beta). 6.0.3 and Amiga Forever 11 lack the required 68030 MMU fixes. Untested by us.

Take amix-1.0-a3000.uae or amix-1.0-a4000-030.uae from classic/ and put these beside it:

kickstart.rom and a4091.rom (A4091 ROM v40.13): your own;
amix_21_boot-universal.adf and amix_21_root-ng.adf;
amix21-install-public-full-r6e-20261010.iso;
target.hdf: an empty file of 200 MB or more, e.g. truncate -s 200M target.hdf, or an empty target image; 512 to 1000 MB for set 2. The installer asks its size: How many megabytes is this disk? [100].

The configs have no network card, so the first-boot dialog skips the network questions. For a LAN, add an A2065.

After the install, the console is black text on grey.
